Elevate by Trend is our division of creator services, assisting clients in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and sports industries on building their personal brand strategies.

We’re looking for individuals with a passion for and demonstrated success in brand ideation and execution with an emphasis on driving sales.

In this role, you will provide counsel to a roster of creators and athletes on how to maximize their affiliate marketing efforts and social reach by analyzing data to continually optimize and grow their personal brands. 

A successful candidate will be detail-obsessed, proactive, and able to flex communication styles. They will be able to maintain an exemplary level of service for multiple clients at a time and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere where they can contribute to the development of the department.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute social + affiliate strategies to grow clients’ online presence and revenue
• Use branding and graphic design expertise to create marketing materials tailored to individual client needs and brand identities
• Plan and manage short- and long-form content (photo, video & audio): ideation, creation, editing, and scheduling
• Source product links for affiliate platforms including LTK, ShopMy, Amazon and more
• Write compelling and SEO-friendly copy across blogs, emails, and social media
• Analyze performance data and create actionable weekly/monthly reports
• Stay ahead of social trends and customize according to clients’ personal brands
• Collaborate with Talent Managers across teams to fine-tune content strategies
• Build strong, trusted client relationships with professional and timely communication

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in brand strategy, content marketing, and affiliate management
• Platform fluency across: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, blogs (WordPress, Squarespace), email/SMS (Mailchimp, Flodesk, Klaviyo)
• Strong creative chops: Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator
• Proficiency in tools like: Google Suite & Asana
• Proven success managing multiple clients, personalities, and shifting priorities
• Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to details
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (preferred)
